DOT Policy - A Department of Transportation (DOT) policy is a federally mandated policy that affects employees in transportation industries. The DOT policy follows stringent federal guidelines on termination, employee assistance programs and disciplinary policies for violating your company's Drug Free Workplace program. If any employee in your organization is required to hold a DOT license, you are legally required to have a DOT policy in place.

NON-DOT Policy - Even if your company is not required to comply with DOT policies you should have an easy to read policy that lets your employees know your requirements for a drug-free workplace. CMRO can help develop a policy that meets your state and/or local guidelines. In some instances you may need both DOT and NON-DOT policies and we will assist with both.

On-Site Collections - CMRO understands there are times when your company may need on-site collections. Whether on-site collections are needed for random testing, and injury or simply for the convenience, on-site collection services are available nationwide. Ask a CMRO Account Manager why more companies are utilizing this option.

In-Office Collection - Our Fort Myers facility performs urine drug screen, blood alcohol, saliva alcohol and genetic DNA sample specimen collection daily between 9:00 and 4:00  and by special appointment after or before regular business hours and on wekends and holidays.

eScreen Collection - We are an authorized eScreen colection site. If you use an ePassport or qPassport (Quest laboratory electronic passport) we can perform your drug screen collections with almost no wait. Send your prospective emploees to our Fort Myers office at 6202 Presidential Court Suite A with their Identification and E or Q passport number or bar code and we normally have them on their way within a few minutes. No appointments accepted, walk-in's only please.
